Keto diets are not for everyone. The ketogenic diet is a low-carb diet that’s high in fats and low in carbohydrates. In many cases, following a ketogenic diet can lead to constipation, dehydration, and other undesirable side effects. Keto diets are also not sustainable in the long-term and can be difficult to maintain.

Ketogenic diets might seem like the answer to all your prayers, but they also come with their own set of risks. One of the most important things to remember about ketogenic diets is that they require an extremely high protein intake- generally at least about one gram per pound of lean body mass. This can cause kidney problems in people who are not used to it.

There’s a lot of research and hype around ketogenic diets, and it’s easy to get caught up in the enthusiasm. But before you ditch your current diet and head to the store for keto-friendly snacks, take a moment to think about some of the downsides.
First, ketogenic diets require a significant change in your diet.

What are the worst weight loss programs?

Weight Watchers is a weight loss program in which members track their food intake and exercise in the Weight Watchers mobile app or on the Weight Watchers website.
What I don’t like about it:
Weight Watchers is a little too pricey for me.
This is a little too pricey for me.

The worst weight loss programs I’ve come across are those that don’t offer any sort of accountability. There are so many diet programs out there that just offer the diet, but no accountability or support to keep you on track.

And the worst weight loss programs are those that are unsustainable or unclear on the actual weight loss. If you’re not following a program that is sustainable or effective, you’re going to gain the weight back.
The most sustainable weight loss programs are those that are tailored to the individual. What’s great is that you don’t need to do anything drastic to get started.
